Everything here is general information about employing people in Indonesia. It is not legal, tax or accounting advice, and it does not create a professional relationship between us. Your situation will have specifics that general information cannot address.

Cost figures are indicative

The figures on our cost pages are worked examples on stated assumptions. Every statutory rate behind them was verified against an Indonesian government source on the date shown, and each is cited so you can check it. Even so, rates change, your circumstances differ from the assumptions, and a real quotation is issued in writing after we understand the actual engagement. Do not budget off a table on a website.

We do not provide recruitment

CloudInovasi is an Employer of Record. We do not source, screen or place candidates, and we take no fee for introductions. Where we point you at a recruiter, that is a suggestion and not a recommendation we are paid for, and any engagement with them is entirely between you and them.
