Expertise from experience
We have supported international IT companies through the Indonesian employment landscape since our first client, and the work has not changed much: get the contract right, pay people correctly and on time, meet every filing deadline, and handle the exit properly when it comes.
Our team is Indonesian. They know the labor law, the human resources practice and the business culture from the inside, having worked within all three for years. That difference shows up most in the awkward cases, which is where an Employer of Record actually earns its fee.
Removing the reason to incorporate
Most companies that want one or two Indonesian engineers do not want an Indonesian company. Setting one up means committing capital, filing quarterly investment reports and carrying a permanent local obligation, all to employ a handful of people.
We exist so that decision never has to be made. You get compliant Indonesian employment without an entity, and you keep the option to incorporate later if the headcount ever justifies it.
We do not recruit, so we never profit from your team moving
We have deliberately stayed out of recruitment. A recruiter is paid a fee every time somebody changes job, which means the same firm that placed your engineer has a standing financial reason to place them somewhere else next year.
Our fee is recurring and it only continues while your employee stays. That is the whole argument, and it rests on incentives, which is what makes it checkable. If you need sourcing help we will introduce you to recruiters we rate, and we take nothing for it.
